Key Responsibilities:

• Own and drive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) end-to-end, acting as the quality gate to ensure releases meet client expectations and business goals.
• Translate complex business and client requirements into clear, structured UAT strategies, scenarios, and test cases aligned with real client workflows.
• Lead validation across multiple enterprise user personas, roles, and permission models, ensuring coverage of real-world usage.
• Execute and oversee end-to-end manual testing across staging, UAT, and production, supporting deployments and minimizing client impact.
• Be able to do investigation and defect analysis, producing clear, client-ready documentation, including test reports, defect summaries, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).

Qualifications (Must Have)

• Strong experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), especially client end-to-end testing.
• Excellent written English skills, with the ability to explain issues, test results, and instructions clearly and simply to clients.
• 1–3 years of experience in QA / UAT / Software Testing roles.
• Ability to quickly understand complex products in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to think from a clients perspective.
• Proven experience testing enterprise-level or B2B products

Good to Have

• Ability to execute UI, functional, sanity, smoke, usability, and API testing using tools such as Postman and Swagger.
• Experience working closely with business teams, founders, or clients.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving environment.
