About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Associate to drive client acquisition, build strategic partnerships, and contribute to revenue growth. This role requires a proactive sales professional who is comfortable engaging with university partners and managing the full sales cycle end-to-end.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach, and qualify potential leads
  • Conduct canvassing and deliver compelling sales pitches
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process (prospecting to closing)
  • Achieve sales and revenue targets through client acquisition
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and strategic partners
  • Develop customized pitch decks tailored to client needs
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure successful deal execution


Qualifications

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Client Acquisition, or Strategic Partnerships
  • Bachelors degree in Management, Business, Marketing, Communication, or related fields
  • Familiar with Kinobis product and strong understanding of B2B SaaS business model
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in previous roles
  • Strong network and experience working with university clients is highly preferred
  • Excellent communication, sales pitching, and negotiation skills
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken) is mandatory
  • Willing to travel for business trips and offline client visits
  • Comfortable with hybrid setup (WFO once a week)
  • Highly resilient, adaptable, creative, and solution-oriented
  • Tech-savvy and agile in a fast-paced environment
  • A true sales-driven individual with strong ownership mindset
